How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping label & guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund or exchange. If you experience any issues within 12 months of your order* you can also return for a replacement.
- The products must be returned in good condition
- The return must include all accessories & packaging
- Goods returned due to a change of mind must be in a resellable condition
Please note our 12 month warranty applies to orders placed after 01.01.23 when our warranty was extended from 6 months to 12 months.
Are there any charges for return?
- Returns are free for faulty items
- Returns for any other reason are charged at £3.99. Creating a returns label is free, we simply deduct £3.99 from your refund
- A charge of £15 will be deducted if the value of the goods has been reduced
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty
How soon will I get my refund?
- Please let us know when you have posted your return as this may increase the speed of your refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days
