Refund policy

 

Like our shavers, our returns policy is designed to be fast & effective. 

You can return your item within 30 days for any reason if you aren't entirely satisfied. Please note the original shipping cost and a returns cost of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund. 

Not achieved the BOLD shave you were after?

That's a shame but no worries, send a returns request using our online platform.

If your 30 days has passed then we still have you covered for 12 months for any mechanical issues. If you have any issues simply get in touch and we'll likely arrange a replacement. 

Please note our 12 month warranty applies to orders placed after 31.01.23 when our warranty was extended from 6 months to 12 months. Replacement orders are covered under the initial warranty period of the initial order as opposed to extending to a new warranty period.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • First thing to say is that we make it very easy to return, we'll send a pre paid label which you can use at any Collect+ drop off
  • If you have a fault with the machine, we will cover all replacement costs. 
  • If you simply changed your mind and there's no fault, the original shipping costs plus returns cost (4.99) will be deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning?

  • Yes, simply send us a video showing the issue and we should be able to arrange a replacement without you needing to return - better for the environment and our team! 
  • Sometimes we may request that you return the item so we can investigate the issue

How soon will I get my refund?

  • If you notify us when you return the package, we will fast track your refund to be paid within 24 hours
  • If you don't notify us then we have to wait until the warehouse has received the package, inspected and matched with your initial order which can take 10 days from the point of receipt.

How do I return?

  • Simply fill out your order details via our returns platform
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the pre paid label and shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
