Our standard replacement policy currently covers:

  1. Within 30 days you have the right to return your item if you experience any issues or if you change your mind and the item is unused
  2. Within 12 months we will offer a replacement for any mechanical issues experienced 

Our 24 month warranty covers any issues with the machine and a replacement will be provided, free of charge.

Terms & conditions:

  • The warranty much be purchased within 12 months of the original order.
  • The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or misuse.
  • The warranty covers the machine, not blades or accessories. We recommend replacing the head shaving blades every 3 months.

I bought it for my boyfriend as he had talked about having cuts in his head, turns out he already had a similar shaver to this and explained how he didn’t like it. I told him to give it a try anyways and he absolutely loved the bold one, he says the battery time is far better, the closenesss of the cuts are better and said something about how there is no messy cleanup to be done after use. He also really liked the fact he could do it in the shower rather than hanging over the sink
